Challenge: To promote the release of Tata Motors new vehicle by making story newsworthy and stimulating media interest.

Solution: Use attention-grabbing headline that conveys controversy. Write press release by using pyramid structure and by answering the 5 "W" questions in the first paragraph.

Result: A press release that goes beyond factual reporting by emphasizing the dramatic elements of the story.

Crisis Communications Plan

Challenge:To alleviate bad publicity, avoid loss of reputation, and retain customers after damaging PR incident.

Solution: Provide background, objectives, research, audience analysis, key messages, potential challenges, viable communications tactics, and evaluation.

Result: A plan that quickly addresses potential liabilities and addresses public concerns in a professional and sincere manner.

MovieNow Backgrounder

Challenge: As a component of a media kit, the backgrounder must give journalists the information they need about a company, while relaying the company's vision and brand.

Solution: A one-page summary of the company's founders, services, partners, and technology using clear and readable language.

Result: A backgrounder that will answer questions about the company so that journalists can easily and quickly incorporate the information into their articles.

Employee Newsletter

Challenge: To explain a new training plan to employees in a non-threatening way.

Solution: Highlight benefits to employees. Provide assurance that they are valuable team members. Use style appropriate to internal communications.

Result: A newsletter article that excites employees about upcoming changes, keeps them informed, and makes them feel like a part of the team.
