A real fire-breathing dragon in the Lantern parade. This is what happens when we don't have our lesson plans done on time. That's Debbie, our supervisor, with the big stick. And Sulu from New Zealand.

These are traditional dancers in the folk village. They do fantastic things with the tassles on their heads.
Fusion of old and new
Bogwansa temple - the shrine.
Imagine the sweet smell of insence and you're there.
These are totems erected outside the village to ward off evil spirits.
This was all built after the Korean War.
This is the Bhuddist shrine of some Chinese general (don't ask me how the two are compatible) on Mount. Namsan.
